Image Review Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Reviewing and evaluating computer images of license plates, the full-time Image Review Customer Service Representative will ensure accurate identification and processing of license plate data while working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviews and documents details from license plate images in a proprietary system
• Identifies and resolves issues with illegible or problematic images
• Achieves productivity and accuracy standards while handling sensitive information

Required qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Intermediate technology skills, including use of computers and web browsers
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and high-volume environment
