Imagine Software Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Imagine Software System Administrator to support and optimize their billing platform used in revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain ERS rules across payers and databases to prevent billing issues
• Ensure accurate mapping of payer IDs between Imagine, RIS/EMR, and EDI
• Generate reports for auditing and collaborate with data analysts on operational impacts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RCM systems administration, with at least 2+ years in Imagine application
• Imagine certification is required
• In-depth knowledge of Imagine Billing Software and healthcare billing workflows
• Strong SQL/reporting skills for rule analysis and audits
• Experience with payer rules, denial management, and cross-platform data integration
