Imagine Software Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Imagine Software System Administrator to support and optimize the Imagine billing platform in revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding, validate system requirements, and identify configuration dependencies
• Manage system setup, configuration, user access, data migration, and integration with external systems
• Conduct testing, support go-live readiness, and provide post-go-live support and operational oversight

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) systems administration
• 2+ years of experience with Imagine software; certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Imagine Billing Software and healthcare billing workflows
• Strong SQL/reporting skills for rule analysis and audits
• Experience with payer rules, insurance mapping, and cross-platform data integration
