Imaging Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Imaging Applications Analyst in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement solutions to improve workflow and processes within assigned application software
• Assist in evaluating systems and preparing analyses of alternatives for system enhancements
• Consult and communicate with various clinical and administrative staff to support application usage and improve patient safety

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical assessment, planning, and project management preferred
• Completion of ITIL course within one year of hire
• Strong understanding of hospital clinical and administrative operations and core process flows
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application software support
