Imaging Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher, Enterprise Imaging Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders meet minimum requirements for dispatching and communicate necessary information
• Dispatch radiology and ultrasound orders to the appropriate technologist and manage call routing
• Communicate with technologists and facilities regarding order clarifications and scheduling changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in customer service or dispatching logistics
• Background in imaging is preferred
