Imaging Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist II, Imaging Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inbounding and pre prep functions, job setup, and scheduling
• Oversee and provide direction to less senior staff while managing customer requests and quality checks
• Troubleshoot imaging issues and ensure adherence to service level agreements and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with imaging technology and processes
• Experience in managing project workflow and scheduling personnel
• Minimum business expertise required for job assignments
• Ability to maintain and work with Excel and/or Sheets
• Experience with customer interaction and effective communication
