Imaging Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinical trials, the full-time Imaging Research Associate I will coordinate site activities, manage study data, and ensure compliance with protocols while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities from study start-up through close-out to ensure timely delivery of study outputs
• Manage incoming study data by reviewing, processing, and tracking submissions from clinical sites
• Perform daily Image Quality Control (IQC) activities and maintain study databases

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in bioscience, computer science, or related field preferred
• Experience or familiarity with clinical research or pharmaceutical environments preferred
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines preferred
• Proficiency with PC-based systems and standard software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data
