Job Summary

To ensure efficient scheduling of outpatient Imaging and Cardiopulmonary procedures, the remote Imaging Scheduler will manage appointment logistics, verify patient information, and coordinate with clinical staff while working across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately schedule outpatient Imaging and Cardiopulmonary procedures, considering patient preferences and provider requests
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and prioritize communications effectively
• Obtain complete orders and maintain up-to-date demographic and insurance information for all scheduled appointments

Required qualifications

• Previous admitting or clerical experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
