Imaging Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist for a full-time remote position, responsible for the secure preparation, high-volume digital scanning, and accurate indexing of critical hard-copy records while ensuring compliance with government standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Sort, prepare, and scan hard-copy records to produce high-quality digital images and index key data
• Follow established production procedures and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure work environment and handle classified materials properly

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, document scanning, or a related high-volume production environment
• Strong knowledge of PC operations, file management, and computer-related administrative products
• Proven ability to work independently and meet production targets with attention to detail
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required
• Ability to physically lift up to 40 lbs
