Job Summary
Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the full-time Imaging Support Specialist will oversee image-related operations, ensuring quality and accuracy while managing departmental production and client interactions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily imaging processes, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to standards
- Assist in creating reports and metrics for senior management, focusing on quality control and operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff to maintain departmental efficiencies and provide backup coverage for Imaging Specialists
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of mortgage-related origination documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work with databases and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
