Imaging Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Imaging Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and support imaging systems across clinical workflows
• Maintain and monitor mission critical applications, ensuring system performance and incident resolution
• Collaborate with clinical departments to understand and improve imaging workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting CPACS and/or PACS systems
• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including advanced Excel functions
• 5+ years' experience in IT environments focused on hardware and software support
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiology, cardiology, or imaging departments
• Hands-on knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards
