IMLC Licensed Director of Psychiatry

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Director of Psychiatry to lead and support psychiatric care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance care quality and operational efficiency
• Support and mentor psychiatrists and Psych NPs while fostering a collaborative clinical team environment
• Serve as the supervisory psychiatrist ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist located in an IMLC member state
• 3-5 years post-residency experience, preferably in supervisory roles
• Experience leading and managing remote clinical teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in mental healthcare
• Strategic thinker with a commitment to improving access to mental healthcare for young adults
