IMLC Licensed Family Medicine Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time IMLC Licensed Family Medicine Physician will provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting while managing a dedicated panel of patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and meaningful patient encounters in a virtual environment
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients to improve care outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Active IMLC compact license or residing in an IMLC member state
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Experience with virtual visits required
