IMLC Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To expand access to primary care through innovative virtual clinics, an IMLC Licensed Primary Care Physician will provide fully remote, comprehensive clinical care, focusing on preventive services, acute visits, and chronic condition management while working 40 hours per week, typically 36 clinical hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients, co-managing care with external partners as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans and manage follow-ups for chronic care programs

Required qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• Active IMLC compact license or residing in an IMLC member state
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• Experience with virtual visits/telemedicine
• Demonstrated experience in Acute Care or Urgent Care settings
