Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a creative and analytical Immigration Attorney for a full-time remote position, who will serve as the legal partner to the Marketing team, translating legal expertise into clear guidance and engaging content while building scalable systems for community engagement and education.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with online communities and participate in educational initiatives to establish the organization as a trusted voice in employment-based immigration
• Review and create immigration content for legal accuracy and clarity across various platforms, including the website, guides, and educational resources
• Develop scalable educational content by identifying recurring immigration questions and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment-based immigration law
• Experience with a broad range of employment-based visa categories, including O-1A/B, EB-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, E-2, and TN
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to explain complex immigration concepts clearly
• J.D. or LL.B. (or equivalent law degree) and eligibility to practice law in the jurisdiction
• Comfortable using modern technology and public speaking through various media formats
