Job Summary
To support a growing tech-enabled immigration practice, the full-time Immigration Attorney, Licensed in U.S. will manage client cases, lead a legal team, and engage in business development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of immigration cases while ensuring high legal quality and client satisfaction
- Lead and develop a team of attorneys, conducting case reviews and mentoring junior lawyers
- Act as the public face of the practice, engaging in thought leadership and generating client referrals
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
- 7+ years of immigration law experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio
- Experience managing or mentoring legal teams
- Strong client-facing visibility and a professional network that generates referrals
- Genuine entrepreneurial ambition to build and grow a legal practice
