Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Business Analyst to support operational excellence through immigration file quality control and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Review immigration case files for completeness and compliance, conducting audits and maintaining data accuracy
Build and maintain operational and client-facing reports using Salesforce and advanced Excel functions
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to enhance reporting and improve workflows while supporting data integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in a business immigration firm
Experience with immigration case management software and building Salesforce reports
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Prior experience in immigration data/reporting or case management is preferred
