Immigration Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing Embedded Services team, the full-time Immigration Business Partner will manage immigration operations for multiple clients, coordinating case intakes, compliance, and stakeholder engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track candidate pipelines and manage case projections to ensure timely case launches
• Serve as the primary immigration contact for HR teams and recruiters, handling inquiries and facilitating communication with the legal team
• Identify opportunities for automation in workflows and maintain documentation of client program processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate immigration experience, preferably as an in-house immigration specialist
• Hands-on experience with H-1B transfers, extensions, amendments, and PERM Green Card processing
• Direct experience partnering with recruiting teams in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation in immigration processes
