Immigration Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing Embedded Services team, the full-time Immigration Business Partner will manage immigration programs for clients, coordinating case intake and compliance while leveraging automation tools to streamline processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track candidate pipelines and manage case workflows to ensure timely initiation and compliance
• Serve as the primary immigration contact for HR teams and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication
• Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance program efficiency and maintain comprehensive playbooks for client programs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate immigration experience, preferably as an in-house immigration specialist
• Hands-on experience with H-1B transfers, extensions, and amendments; PERM Green Card processing required
• Direct experience collaborating with recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client programs effectively
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation in immigration processes
