Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Visa Case Manager to manage employment-based visa cases for agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Communicate with relevant agencies and collaborate with immigration attorneys on complex cases
• Educate team members and clients on visa processes, while advocating for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with TN, H-2B, L-1, or PERM visa petitions
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in agriculture or start-up environments
• Proficient in the PERM process and labor market tests
• Experience using electronic case management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations independently and professionally
