Job Summary
A company is looking for an Immigration Case Manager, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate immigration applications, ensuring compliance with client expectations and internal protocols
- Communicate with foreign nationals and clients' HR teams to set expectations and timelines
- Prepare and draft applications while collaborating with third-party vendors on work authorization matters
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of immigration experience managing cases in Singapore and other Asia Pacific countries
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Oral and written proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential
