Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Case Manager, APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate immigration applications, ensuring compliance with client expectations and internal protocols
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and clients' HR teams to set expectations and timelines
  • Prepare and draft applications while collaborating with third-party vendors on work authorization matters
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of immigration experience managing cases in Singapore and other Asia Pacific countries
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Oral and written proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential
