Immigration Case Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the queue of work in the Petition Assignment Tool (PAT), the full-time Immigration Case Supervisor will ensure timely processing of filings, manage a personal caseload, and supervise the Assembly and Clerk teams, with the option to work remotely from a state with a physical office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the queue of filings in the PAT system and assign cases to team members
• Develop review schedules and coordinate with case managers to ensure all necessary information is included in petitions
• Supervise the Assembly and Clerk teams, providing guidance and conducting performance meetings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
