Immigration Consultant

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of a client portfolio, the full-time Immigration Consultant will manage end-to-end immigration processes, serve as a trusted advisor to clients and foreign nationals, and collaborate with third-party vendors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with foreign nationals and clients' HR teams to set expectations and timelines
• Prepare and draft immigration applications while adhering to protocols and service level agreements
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and immigration authorities to ensure compliance and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of immigration experience, preferably with global or multi-country programs
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration processes and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
