Job Summary

Utilizing their legal expertise, experienced immigration law writers will work remotely on a freelance basis to update online articles and contribute new content on immigration law topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a general audience.

Key responsibilities

• Update existing online articles on immigration law, focusing on family, asylum, DACA, and employment-based visas
• Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy of legal information presented
• Translate complex legal concepts into accessible language for a general audience

Required qualifications

• Current or recent practice in immigration law is mandatory
• Strong understanding of immigration statutes, regulations, and application procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the Track Changes function
• Ability to write clearly and concisely for a non-legal audience
• Experience in updating or creating legal content is preferred
