Job Summary

To support a fast-paced business immigration practice, the full-time Immigration Legal Writer will draft correspondence and memoranda, collaborate with immigration attorneys, and adhere to government deadlines while working remotely from a state with a physical office.

Key responsibilities

• Draft correspondence and memoranda relevant to the firm's immigration practice
• Collaborate with immigration attorneys on various legal matters
• Ensure compliance with government deadlines for immigration documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 2+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice
• Experience in researching law and preparing documents for immigration matters
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to translate facts into persuasive content for review by immigration officers
