Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to provide support for immigration requests and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare verification of employment letters and review work authorization documents
• Partner with outside counsel to manage non-immigrant visas and labor certification cases
• Serve as a point of contact for immigration-related inquiries from internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience with immigration matters
• Experience in the IT industry preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
