Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Immigration Paralegal will manage high-volume, writing-intensive cases such as EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW while working remotely and collaborating closely with immigration attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with immigration attorneys to prepare cases from intake through filing, ensuring compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements
- Guide clients in document collection and evidence gathering, maintaining clear communication throughout the process
- Prepare USCIS forms and draft tailored case materials while managing a substantial caseload and tracking deadlines
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, specifically with EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW cases
- Experience managing high-volume corporate workloads and direct client communication
- Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with legal technology and case management systems
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with high organizational skills
