Key Responsibilities

• Process E-2 visa applications and petitions while communicating with Russian-speaking clients
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, gather supporting documentation, and track case deadlines
• Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy and respond to USCIS correspondence

Required Qualifications

• MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN - essential for the role
• Basic immigration experience or strong foundation in immigration law
