Immigration Program Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Austin immigration team, the full-time Immigration Program Analyst will manage the delivery of immigration services, oversee technology advancements, and contribute to larger practice projects while working remotely from a state with a physical office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve internal operating procedures while executing projects and monitoring service level agreements
• Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and communicate key client project timelines and milestones
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in technology and data governance across the firm

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant skills and experience
• 5+ years of program management experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Knowledge of program management approaches and phases of the project lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP) preferred
