Immigration Specialist
Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and operational support, the full-time remote Immigration Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. immigration laws, monitor legislative changes, and lead compliance activities for immigration programs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on U.S. immigration laws, providing authoritative guidance and regulatory interpretation
- Monitor and analyze changes in immigration legislation, developing compliance strategies and recommendations
- Lead immigration compliance activities, including audits and risk assessments, to ensure regulatory adherence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in immigration services or government immigration programs
- Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration laws and regulations
- Experience supporting federal government agencies
- U.S. Citizenship required, with eligibility for a Public Trust Clearance
