Immigration Strategy Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Immigration Strategy Attorney will conduct remote consultations with prospective clients, evaluate their eligibility for high-skilled immigration pathways, and provide clear recommendations while ensuring a supportive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients, explaining services and assessing eligibility for immigration categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A
• Evaluate client information to classify case strength and provide next-step guidance, including recommendations on proceeding or repositioning cases
• Capture detailed consultation notes and maintain organized records to ensure effective follow-up and workflow management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of law practice experience with significant exposure to U.S. business immigration
• Strong knowledge of extraordinary ability and high-skilled immigration categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A
• Ability to quickly assess candidacy and case strength across diverse professional profiles
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
• Highly personable and emotionally intelligent, capable of building trust and rapport with clients
