Job Summary
Leading the testing lifecycle for Product and DDI projects, the full-time remote Immunization Registry Test Manager will manage testing strategies, oversee resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects, applying domain knowledge of Immunization Information Systems
- Supervise work allocation and manage resource capacity to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project scope, issues, and changes while ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and software testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with state public health or immunization registry systems
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM) and knowledge of HL7 messaging standards
- Strong understanding of data validation and backend testing concepts (e.g., SQL)
