Immunization Registry Test Manager

Job Summary

Leading the testing lifecycle for Product and DDI projects, the full-time remote Immunization Registry Test Manager will ensure high-quality delivery through strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects while developing standard Test CoE processes
• Supervise resource allocation and monitor productivity to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects
• Manage project scope, conduct risk assessments, and support testing risk mitigation plans in compliance with SLAs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and software testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with state public health or immunization registry systems
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and test management tools
• Working knowledge of HL7 messaging standards and healthcare interoperability concepts
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams
