IMO Analyst Support

Job Summary

To provide analytical and operational support for Independent Market Operator functions, the remote IMO Analyst Support will assist with data analysis, reporting, and system improvements during a 4-5 month consulting engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the IMO Program Manager through data analysis and reporting
• Oversee multiple workstreams' progress via dashboards to ensure alignment with goals
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in market operations or energy markets preferred
• Extensive Smartsheet experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
• Knowledge of market operation systems and software is a plus
