IMO Support Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of IMO Specialists, the full-time IMO Support Lead will conduct Independent Medical Opinion research within vendor portals to ensure timely and accurate claim report completion while mentoring and supporting team members in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform IMO research accurately and efficiently to support provider completion of claim reports
• Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching new IMO Specialists while promoting operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to identify workflow improvements and maintain productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in IMO research or healthcare operations preferred
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or leading team members is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and web-based vendor portals/systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
