Job Summary

A company is looking for an Impact Director to lead the learning and development of AmeriCorps members in Denver Public Schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development program for AmeriCorps members
• Oversee the Youth Mental Health Corps initiative and support AmeriCorps members in behavioral health training
• Collaborate to enhance the AmeriCorps member experience and manage recognition activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing and leading adult learning programs
• 2+ years of experience in K-12 instructional leadership
• 2+ years of experience managing partnerships
• Demonstrated background in program development and data-driven improvement
• Passion for youth development and commitment to national service
