Impact Director

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day programmatic operations, the full-time salaried Impact Director will ensure the successful implementation of the Whole School Whole Child service model while overseeing Impact Managers and corps members, fostering school partnerships, and enhancing corps member development in a hybrid on-site/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of school district partnerships and ensure high-quality service impact for students at risk of not graduating
• Lead the development and execution of the Whole School Whole Child strategy, including product development and content management
• Manage the Impact Department budget and coordinate with operations to track spending and approve requests

Required qualifications

• Experience in educational program management or similar roles
• Strong understanding of the education environment in Buffalo and partnership development
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative setting
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight
• Engagement in community groups or educational initiatives relevant to City Year's mission
