Key Responsibilities

• Represent the department in projects and initiatives, advocating for its interests and resolving implementation challenges
• Lead business readiness activities in collaboration with project teams, providing post-implementation support
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the division

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive experience in implementation and customer-facing roles, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in commissions and contracting is preferred
• High School Diploma is required
