Impact Manager

Job Summary

Impact Manager leads and develops a team of AmeriCorps members in a full-time role, overseeing program implementation and supporting student performance in partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Whole School Whole Child supports and oversee service implementation in schools
• Manage and coach AmeriCorps members to achieve service performance requirements and foster their leadership development
• Develop and maintain partnerships with school administration to ensure effective support for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, urban studies, youth work, or related field preferred
• Experience working with Boston Public Schools or similar educational settings is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and coach young adults
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with databases
• City Year/AmeriCorps/Peace Corps experience is a plus
