Impact Measurement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the generation and verification of high-quality impact intelligence, the full-time Impact Measurement Verification and Learning Manager will support investment decisions and portfolio performance management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic impact measurement and portfolio insights to inform investment strategies and resource allocation
• Develop and institutionalize impact intelligence products, including thematic briefs and evaluation frameworks
• Ensure robust measurement and verification of impact across investments, maintaining data integrity and governance standards

Required qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Finance, Economics, International Development, or related fields, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in international finance and development, or 12 years with a bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in financial modeling, transaction structuring, and impact management frameworks within development finance institutions
• Experience collaborating with the private sector to achieve measurable development outcomes
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other UN languages is desirable
