Job Summary
Bringing centralized expertise to implant management, the full-time remote Implantable Device Specialist will manage implant data accuracy, optimize contracts, and streamline processes from procurement through billing across a network of ambulatory surgery centers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain implant item master data across enterprise systems for accuracy and consistency
- Partner with center administrators and procurement teams to resolve implant-related issues and discrepancies
- Support implant contract management by reviewing pricing structures and identifying cost optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in implant coordination, surgical supply chain, or healthcare operations
- Experience within an ambulatory surgery center or hospital environment
- Knowledge of implantable medical devices and related procurement, inventory, and billing workflows
- Proficiency with Excel and healthcare supply chain or procurement systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
