Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company, the client, and the broker during the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client implementation projects while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Field and document communications from clients and brokers, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items
- Conduct client training sessions and maintain exceptional attention to detail in all setup tasks
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in benefits management, account management, or customer service preferred
- Alegeus experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
