Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company, the client, and the broker during the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client implementation projects while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Field and document communications from clients and brokers, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items
  • Conduct client training sessions and maintain exceptional attention to detail in all setup tasks
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience in benefits management, account management, or customer service preferred
  • Alegeus experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
