Implementation Account Manager
Job Summary
To support the onboarding of new clients, the full-time Implementation Account Manager will provide exceptional service during the implementation phase of retirement plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
- Request and coordinate the collection of necessary data from clients and outside professionals
- Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications:
- Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience
- Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- High level of critical thinking
- Coachable and committed to professional development; industry credentials are an added bonus
