Implementation Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a technically sharp and client-focused Implementation Administrator, this hybrid role will manage partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live while serving as the system administrator for the onboarding platform, dedicating 50-70% of time to implementation tasks and 30-50% to administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the transition
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Filing Services teams to deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing onboarding workflows and templates within the onboarding platform, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience with proven project coordination skills
• 3+ years of technical support experience with hands-on system configuration and workflow design
• Experience with API and connector integrations and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Surplus lines tax filing and compliance knowledge preferred
