Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Advisor to support software business growth through effective technology use.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and manage project delivery
• Develop and execute onboarding playbooks while building strong customer relationships
• Monitor customer adoption metrics and provide guidance to ensure successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years in customer success or software implementation
• 2-3 years of experience using similar software solutions
• Strong understanding of software solutions and professional service offerings
• Experience in managing diverse groups and training according to company standards
• IT technical skills and experience with platform integrations preferred
