Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisor - Implementation & Business Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of services for small business customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of orders
- Provide customer training and support for voice, data, and mobile products while serving as the primary contact for inquiries
- Participate in process improvement meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
- Knowledge of customer premises equipment (CPE) and basic data networking concepts
- Familiarity with the company's products and services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal systems like Salesforce
