Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor - Implementation & Business Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of services for small business customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of orders
  • Provide customer training and support for voice, data, and mobile products while serving as the primary contact for inquiries
  • Participate in process improvement meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
  • Knowledge of customer premises equipment (CPE) and basic data networking concepts
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal systems like Salesforce
