Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst responsible for managing client software implementations and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the licensed software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations
• Manage client onboarding activities and oversee communications between clients and internal teams
• Utilize SQL, Python, and scripting skills to support data analysis and configuration tasks during implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting
