Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and configuration services throughout the client implementation lifecycle
• Educate clients on software capabilities and manage client onboarding activities, including integrations
• Manage stakeholder communications and proactively identify and resolve issues during the deployment cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
• Teamwork attitude and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
• Effective presentation skills for remote group settings
• Knowledge of customer service principles and strong organizational skills
