Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full life cycle of client deployments for licensed software
Gather client credentials, product requirements, and documents while managing client expectations
Educate clients on software capabilities and communicate enhancement ideas to the Product organization

Required Qualifications

Entry-level professional with basic skill set and proficiency

Able to perform client and third-party onboarding activities
Capability to shadow and assist in configuration and UAT implementation activities
