Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst I to provide support in partner implementations and ensure successful system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Partner success by driving project requirements and supporting new business opportunities
• Consult with Partners to create specialized system configurations and provide guidance on product functionality
• Coordinate and document BETA requirements and provide preliminary Partner education on system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Global Payments systems or industry preferred
• Experience in partner onboarding implementations or project management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of payments industry required
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
